General Refunds

At Tranquilitea Herbal Store, we stand behind the quality of our herbal tea ingredients. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and quality of our products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an item that you did not order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

Recurring Subscriptions

For recurring subscription orders, refunds will only be issued if the product is damaged or if there was an error on our part. If you wish to cancel your recurring subscription, you may do so at any time through your online account. However, please note that you will not be refunded for any shipments that have already been processed.
